It quietly grew its reputation throughout the years with a solid group of employees who have remained since its inception. While Equity has remained a smaller, more boutique presence locally in Colorado, it is actually a part of a larger, national title company brand — an Acrisure partner company.

Our title team is “in house” and not outsourced like some of our competitors. Each title project is handled with care and expertise. We are underwritten by top tier national underwriters Stewart Title and Westcor.
Our escrow team brings an average of more than 10 years of experience with Equity Title, with licensed title officers dedicated to delivering exceptional service from start to finish. We invest in top-tier security and utilize the Qualia platform to provide a streamlined, secure and efficient escrow experience.
